I had bought a new apartment and was on the look out for an reliable interior design company. I had researched a lot and even big names like Livspace, Homelane, Godrej had not lived upto the expectation of the customer. There were long delays by them and customer satisfaction was very low. I have seen my neighbours struggling with interior designers and they have struggled for 6 months to get things done. I was very weary to just sign up with anyone. I wanted someone close to the apartment so it would be easy to coordinate. I googled for interior designers nearby and found a few of them close by. When i saw “Concept Decors” and its ratings, i was not sure how any company could a 5 star rating and that to from so many people. Hestitantly i called the number listed and it was picked up by Renukesh and i told him my requirements. He fixed up an appointment with me and came in with all the details. It was such a pleasre meeting Renukesh. He has a very good attitude, understands the customers, gives good options. He gave me a quotation and we negotiated on the pricing and i gave him a small amount of token to start the work. The way he works is he shows you the type of plywood he will use, the acrylic sheets, hinges, handles etc. Once all that is finalized, he gets everything done at his factory. Nothing was done at the apartment. No mess at all. He took 2 weeks to get everything done in the factory and he took one week for the full installation of wardrobes in both the bedrooms, Modular kitchen, Crockery unit, bathroom cabinets. The whole project from the initial concept stage to installation was executed with excellent precision, quality and speed by Renukesh and Harish. I have never seen such amazing professionalism in this field. I am very glad that i found Renukesh and his team and i am 100% satisfied. Renukesh was flexible with the payment terms and not once did he ask for payments. I used to get worried and ask him when i should do the payments. Overall, an absolute wonderful experience with Renukesh and his team at Concept Decors!!
